It was mostly like a chat, the questions were direct and straight to the point. The role was explained properly to highlight the required person for the responsibilities on the job
It starts with questions personal questions (who you are, what you like, your interests and ambitions) and then you have a study case to present and answer some questions. Then the HR department will contact you if they choose you.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fresenius Kabi (Calcutta)
Interview
Initial telephonic discussion with HR. This was followed by an onsite interview by hiring manager and a panel of members. This was followed by an interview with the Site Head.
