I had a referral into the company, interviewed once with the CEO and HR partner, and then got a take home assignment to come back and present to the PM Team, and Sr. Leadership, along with a technical vocabulary test. The following week I received a call with the decision. The whole process took about 3 weeks.

They gave 3 projects to take home to prepare and come back to present to the team. 1) Create a project plan to build X website, 2) Do a UX review of Y website, 3) Review packet of technology terms and definitions to prepare for an in-person verbal quiz.
