I had a lengthy phone interview, two lengthy in-person interviews, and had to complete two “homework” assignments (aka giving them free labor) that took a total of about 6 hours. They also asked me to fill out an EXTRAORDINARILY INTRUSIVE “budget” sheet showing EXACTLY HOW I WOULD SPEND MY SALARY AND ON WHAT. Not even kidding. After all that, I still didn’t get the job. They also grilled me about stealing for like 30 minutes and it was really weird. (“Is taking a rubber band from work considered stealing? Is someone who steals $5 considered a thief?” etc)
