I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fresha (London, England) in Oct 2023
Interview
Clear, well structured. Initial call with the recruiter, the next stage is a formal interview with the hiring manager. Final stage was a business case interview with hiring manager and senior leadership. The interview process was fast, very organised. The recruitment team provide a lot of interview prep which was helpful. The latter stage interviews were in office which was great, you get the chance to meet the teams and experience the company culture.
I felt the process was smooth and professional, I was considering roles with other companies but chose Fresha due to the interview experience. The company culture was a stand out as well, they place a lot of importance on keeping a positive company culture and hiring the right people which I like.
