I made the first interview, on-site. Both the interviewers were very professional, I liked very much the interview questions and the fact that they gave me all the important details about the role. I didn't like very much the fact that the company doesn't have a tool of internal communication (like slack, discord), they told me that they communicate only via email (this made me feel that I live in 00's). The main point that this job doesn't fit me is that they work only on-site and never remote. I expressed my perspective about that and they said that it is not under discussion. I truly believe that in 2022 a company that do not trust their employees to work remotely some days of the week or the month, lives in another decade for sure. The advantages of working remotely for both employee and company are very important, and is unfortunate that some companies cannot see it. Also, they told me that they will infrom me for the result of the interview, but have past 2 weeks and no communication by their side, this is not very professional. Except from this, seems a good company with very interesting product.
