Easy. Answer a few questions. It’s basically a get to know you and what you know about the field. It helps to be honest and personable. They are looking for caring and kind people with heart.

They conducted mine as a Phone Interview, I was emailed an application for employment. Lasted close to an hour long. Asked certain questions on how you would react to situations (fire, tornado, temper tantrums, behavioral questions, etc) if a problem arises who do you contact.
