Applied online and then went for an in person interview. At the time they were looking for any teenager who could hold a conversation for more than 30sec. Weren't looking for much.

I applied in a job fair they had and it was a group interview that was part of the process before hiring on spot. They look for fun, entertaining people that can work well under pressure and can take their job serious. As long as you are interacting with everyone then you should be fine.
