A phone interview followed by a in person interview with HR, then a panel interview. The culture here is amazing and you will be able to tell. There is a pretty large focus on behavioral scenarios and the importance of the core values (integrity, caring, excellence) rather than just technical skills. Frost also looks for people who know the importance of being kind and friendly.

Very simple interview process. You will first get a phone call to schedule your HR screening interview at their Uptown Location in Dallas, then if you do well and they want to continue the process they will call & schedule an interview with the Hiring Manager at the same location. Will call and let you know if you got the position after a few days.
