It took over 45 days to conduct 2 rounds of interview, HR are good but the process takes lots of time. 1st round was basic MERN stack question but for almost 45 mins so they cover all you basics from html css js to react Then my 2nd round was after 40 days almost and was not selected in that round cause I performed badly

The interview was taken by third party person through flocareer site. Worst thing is that the panel was having some predefined questions which are not matching with my skill set. Please stop such process and ask some intelligent person to conduct the interview. The one should not take judge the candidate with predefined question from third party site.
