Full Compass Systems interview questions

Interview was an extended in person interview. The interview convened a wide range of topics and included questions that are not allowed to be asked by law. Following the in person interview, personality tests and other written tests were administered.

It was a full day of interviews: including the newly appointed CEO, the owners, and a peer group of VPs. It would be fair to say that, compared to other interviews I’ve done in my career, this was somewhat unconventional and unprofessional. They seem to place a high value on “likeability/fit” over abilities. I was dropped because I didn’t come across as “scrappy” (code for being too old?).
