First interview is basic background/experience check. Second interview includes case studies and on the spot checks. Interview process is okay but I am quite disappointed that they did not give me any updates on if I am selected or rejected. Sent two emails but they still couldn't reply. I was holding other offers (which is understandably not their problem) but I would have appreciated the courtesy.

They require you to complete a test focused on drafting events, which honestly feels like a complete waste of time. To make matters worse, they don't even have the basic courtesy to respond to you afterward, leaving you hanging without any form of feedback or acknowledgment. Wishing the best of luck to anyone who still chooses to give it a try despite all of this.
