Interview was telephonic . It was a normal process HR setting up the time schedule. Basic interview with common question, mostly related to work and aptitude.
Then after the first round clearance there was round for the operational head.

simple process..HR and manager round.Hr asks on basic questions based on your record. Manager asks industry knowledge and tests your communication skills. English is a must for this process.Salary negotiation is very rigid. Also there is one aptitude test, which is based on situation given and questionnare prepared on that. Selection is done on same day. Ans offer letter provided the next day.
