Interview
The process starts with a 15-30min casual phone screen to see if there is potential for a mutual fit. Then there are two technical interviews: one programming and one systems design. Then they have a day-long onsite where you meet a variety of team members including the CEO. Here the interviews are less structured and range from behavioral questions to technical questions on your previous experience. In my case the "onsite" was virtual as I was in Europe.

Interview
The interview process has been fantastic. I had a great time interviewing with the company. The recruiter is genuinely nice - definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had so far. Meeting the team was also a highlight; everyone is talented, friendly, and approachable. They truly want to understand and support you. Definitely a 10 out of 10
30 min recruiter call, then two technical interviews (practical coding and system design), followed by an onsite with several more rounds (mixture of both technical and behavioral). Recruiting team is responsive and process was smooth.
