Interview
Video call talking through CV and a few questions.
In person interview with a presentation and task.
Had no questions about the presentation or feedback, no technical questions really, I asked for feedback twice after I didn't get the job and had no reply it was a generic rejection email which when I spent time driving there was a bit rude
Phone based screening interview first and then successful candidates have a face to face interview where you will have to present a presentation that you prepared beforehand. You will then be asked questions and hear back within a week or so.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Scenario based questions about how you would deal with a domestic abuse case
Confusing interview, stuck to set list of questions rather than learning more about the person/experience etc. felt more like a number than a person, don’t feel like I would be valued as an employee
