I posted my CV on oilcareers website and in couple days agent from recruitment company called me. He briefly described me position and asked do I want him to represent me to GXT. After several days he send me email with interview request from GXT. Interview were via Skype with actual manager of that position. Very nice person and extremely qualified. It was not any special questions. Just asked me through CV.
