Had a very interested phone call from their recruitment person as soon as I applied on Indeed.com. Submitted references like they asked for. Then nothing. They didn't call my references, or check with my previous employer. Then suddenly I get a phone call from one of the Co-owners from his mobile phone while I'm pretty sure he's driving. Asks me all these questions, sounds interested, asks me if I have any questions. Then nothing. I never heard back. They never checked any of my info.

Can you work long hours ? Their hours are 7:30/45am to 6pm Mon thru Fri. No hour staggering so maybe one opens and someone else closes. No, 9 to 9.5 hours 5 days a week. Why?

multiple interviews, good training, several interviews in person and on the phone as well. very good explanation of job and after hired was accurate, no false promises. and followed through on agreements made post hire.
