GATX interview questions

I was brough in for an in person interview after two rounds. I thought this went very well. A week later I reached out to the recruiter for an update and she said that the team is very interested but there is still one more candidate they have to interviews. Two weeks later and I have been ghosted after I followed up again... Terrible interview process, how could you ghost someone after telling them the team is very interested... Thanks for leading me on and getting my hopes up after i've been unemployed for so long. How could you ghost someone after meeting them in person... and developing a professional relationship with them...
