Interview begins with a run through from the manager of the company itself, its policies, expectations and contributions. Then there is a tour conducted by a different person of the shop and an explanation of the requirements that you are responsible for. Once the tour is complete you are then sent to a third person who quickly covers your personal situations followed by a couple of behavioral questions.
