Interview
A recruiter found me on Linkedin and contacted me. She spoke to me for an hour and told me why my background would be a great fit. I interviewed with the manager from FL who told me I would not be getting the job almost right away. No follow up from the manager or recruiter after my interview either (I tried three times).

Question 1
No interview questions. Manager was upfront with saying he had two internal candidates who were in line for the job. He did take the time to tell me how much money the prior rep was making, what a great job it is, and how he throws a great party for the top performers each year. Seemed like a good job and guy if you are able to work on his team.
