You switch between the manager and the lead technician and they ask you questions about any past projects. The manager focused more on what skills and previous experiences you have and the lead technician focused more on how you work with a team and to answer any questions you have about the apprenticeship program.

Asked the standard questions they usually ask in a first interview. Some questions about college, some about experience and skills, mostly behavioral. kind of bland interview but it was simple and straightforward.

I applied about 3 weeks then got a response later. I was informed if would hear back it would be in 2 weeks. There were a total of five in the interview including myself.
It was a long process, and a lot of interviews (about 4), it took about a month to complete the entire process. The interviews were very thorough with a good amount of questions and follow-ups
