Interview
The entire interview process was just a 30-minute "phone screening" that turned out to be the only interview. They went over my resume and asked about my desire to work at the company.
1st step - with the country finance manager, testing basic accounting skills and finance skills. Accounting principles and will ask info of past jobs and relevant experience. All in all will take around 40 minutes of interviewing including the short informal skills assessment.
