Mine was a basic behavioral interview. Ask about their Edison leadership program, they want interns to do this after their internship. Also, ask about working on multiple teams and rotating, thats basically what the program is
It was straightforward, mostly behavioral questions regarding my leadership skills, ability to work in a team environment, and identifying and/or mitigating failures in a design. Overall, not bad at all and pretty easy experience.

Normal interview, tell me about yourself, what do you know about the company, about wind, and my studies. The manager seemed nice, he did not have a lot of question to ask so it was like 15 minutes long but I did not get the job

1 round of aptitude and technical and managerial interview. it was on the difficult side but logical. interviewer was supportive. you need to have good core knowledge. keep your mind open they look for the approach of answering.
