This was a tiered process for me, consisting of a telephone interview, skills assessment, preliminary in-person interview, and interview with the partnership. The process focused on my diverse experience with my former employer and abilities to streamline processes that has fallen to lack of attention. While my experience was focused on the submittals process, my experience in handling other items, such as DOB processing, interfacing with expeditors, cooperation with marketing, and the creation of a new department played a huge role in my successful completion of the process.
