The online interviews with the recruiter and the team lead went well and felt very positive. However, my experience with the director interview was different. The interview was postponed with only about 15 minutes’ notice, which I accommodated. During the conversation, the tone felt quite serious and formal, and the overall interaction seemed a bit reserved. It almost felt as though there may have been some internal developments or news that affected the mood of the discussion.
