GG Homes interview questions

Had a first round interview, made it to cognitive and personality assessment stage (about 1 hour of assessments), then was completely ghosted with no feedback or even a “no” from the team. Felt I did well on the cognitive test, but maybe I wasn’t the personality they were looking for. I would much rather have been rejected before the assessments if they knew they weren’t going to go ahead with my application.

Do not bother applying. It is a waste of time. The recruiter found me and talked me into applying. I completed the lengthy application the same day. I notified the recruiter that I completed the application and four quizzes. Then I never heard from them again. I followed up several times and no response.
