I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GID
Interview
2-3 round interviews, then a very time-consuming project that took me close to 13 hours to complete. This project was a fake company where I had to conduct a needs analysis, create a outlined lesson plan, create goals and objectives, create a 5-10 slide presentation, and an e-learning video. I was given 4 days to complete this. I received a rejection email a week later.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at GID
Interview
3 rounds, first is a behavioral phone call, second is face time with analyst, third is excel modeling. Overall mid experience, GID is a ok company though...seems like it from the outside looking in, can't be sure.
Great phone interview and zoom interview. Seems like a good company and I thought everything went well. Emailed hiring manager and talent acquisition after 2 weeks of nothing because I was told they wanted to fill the role quickly. Never heard back from anyone.
