GK Global interview questions

I did not intially apply for a position with them but received a call for a position interview. I arrived on time and there was approximately 20 people waiting as well and people lined up outside the door. We were asked to fill out a form and wait to be called the interview took 5-10 minutes and then were told if selected the 2nd interview was an all day 1115am-730pm meet the team and see an event process.

This is the most confusing job I've ever interviewed for ever. I keep a list of every job I've applied to so I can keep straight what positions I've applied to. I received an email saying I was selected for an interview, but in hindsight I feel like it was an email blast as opposed to my being selected. I could have applied and just forgotten to add it to my list, but that's rare. Anyway, I accepted the first interview. When I went in at my scheduled time, they rescheduled me because there were 4 people ahead of me that hadn't interviewed yet so they were running very behind. No problem, I rescheduled. I showed up on time for the rescheduled visit and I waited 30 minutes before being seen. I didn't mind the wait considering, but the interview literally lasted 5 minutes. I'm kinda funny as a personality, so I made awkward small talk and my interviewer laughed a lot. I thought that was fine, but by the end of the 5 minute interview I realized we didn't discuss my resume at all and all that the interviewer really said about the company was that they were a marketing firm, they only promote from within, and that there was definite room to be promoted. So I somehow made it to the second interview phase by flying colors by barely having a conversation, which honestly felt cheap. Fast forward from that interview day (a Wednesday) to the second interview day (a Saturday). I showed up on time and waited 40 minutes before we (myself and the other people in the 2nd phase) were acknowledged. The email stated we would be driving from site to an active marketing campaign, where we would observe people who work for the company actually doing their job. It also stated we would be able to leave at any time and that we did not have to worry about driving. It was understood we would be with them until about 7pm. We drove from the office to a spot off of the Beltline in Atlanta, where the 3 workers proceeded to act as a street team advocating for monthly donations for a company that works with this company. They had the other applicant and I sit on rocks outside in our business professional clothes and fill out a personality quiz packet on our own paper (an email did say to bring your own pen/paper) for about 45 minutes. We then just watched them from the rock-seats for an hour when the quiz packet portion was over. Never were we told that it would be outdoors or street team work. We go to lunch. They explained that the start pay is $210 base plus commission. I was definitely no longer interested in the position once I did some quick math. Minimum wage for 29 hours is $210; they expect you to work 6 days a week - so the commission really makes the majority of the income. For extroverts that can be fantastic, but it just wasn't me. When I told them after lunch that I personally didn't feel like I would be a good fit for the position because I thought I was interviewing for a desk job at a firm, they informed me that I was free to leave and call an Uber to do so. It really upset me that they promised transportation in the email but only if you're willing to accept the position - they drove us 40 minutes away from the original office so that's not exactly the cheapest Uber.
