One recorded interview then about a month later another interview with the department head. All of the interviewing was done through hirevue.
It helped that I stayed in contact with hr throughout the process. It left a positive impression as they could tell I was very interested in the position.

Everything was very smooth, interview questions are meant to be answered with authenticity, there is no right or wrong answer, employers want to really get to know you and what you like and what you think.

The interview process is quiet easy. There are only two rounds. The first one is phone interview from the HR, mainly talking about the resume. The second one is the on-site one.
