The interview is in person. It is a one to one session with the interviewer. I get directed to a private room where the interview took place. The interview consists of greetings and behavioral questions.

It was a 30-minute interview online with about 15 minutes of behavioral questions before the interviewee asked any questions they had. Interviewed three members of the GM Financial team. Had to also do a interview on HireVue before being selected to the in person interview
