I came to an interview with Nurit the HR manager and with the media team leader.
They both were late in about 15 minutes after the determine time of the interview without even appologizing for being late.
In addition to that, the entire interview was a very bad experince and a very unpleasent feeling for me, as i got a condescending treatment from both of them - during the entire interview they both kept bursting into my stuff and did't let me complete almost any sentence, when they did let me talk they smirked at my answers, plus the team leader hardely even looked at my direction during the interview (but he did knew pretty well to louth about my answers) - at the end of the day it felt like they invited me to this interview just to pass their time,
And by the way, a colleague of mine told me she also recived a pretty similar attitude when she was interviewed there, so i guess the attitude i recived was not so exlusive only for me..
This company may have a high reputation and profesdional level, but if that's the attitude they give to the candidates it dosen't worth getting there to an interview, and certainly not working there.
