The interview process with Cyril and Roxane was completely transparent. I felt like I could answer honestly and be myself throughout the process. They regularly checked in on me through every step of the process, they even met me on the weekend as that was my only availability! While this started out as a networking connection on LinkedIn, it soon became an exploratory interview and ultimately they crafted a brand new role suited to my background.
