It was just two assessments: a personality quiz and an IQ quiz. I've unfortunately interviewed a lot over COVID-19 and this is the only company that has required me to take an assessment prior to speaking with me. Taking these assessments suck but doing it for no reason just feels disrespectful to candidates.

I initially did not respond to his emails out of concern this job was a scam but he followed up almost daily until I took the assessments. Once I did, I never heard from him again. I'm very concerned I may have shared some personal information with the company.
I apologize for the lack of communication on my end. We will continue to strive to create a better application process and set expectations. And please do not feel concerned in regards to personal information!

the interview process here really ticked me off... sending an assessment first thing with no introduction to the role is just rude to candidates. also I just saw the owner responded to the last "interview review" and said you should be sent constructive feedback from it. I got nothing. NO FEEDBACK, NO REJECTION.
LASTLY, this is A BIG ONE that I didn't even realize until reading Glassdoor. the third step in the hiring process is apparently "reviewing your resume". this happens after you take the assessment. I could have been unqualified the whole time! WASTE OF TIME!
I apologize for the poor experience that you experienced. Our goal with the Predictive Index is to be sure both parties are set up for success. We try to be as transparent as possible in the actual job description so a candidate can get an idea of what is to be expected for the role.
Unfortunately with us being a small business with over 500 applicants to the position - we want to create a level playing field for all applicants. The assessments and resumes are all considered in the initial screening process.

The CEO reached out over email and invited me to take a personality and IQ assessment. After completing it, he ghosted me. He essentially made me waste my time for a role that I never had an opportunity to learn if I wanted in the first place.
