GRAMEEN AMERICA interview questions

Interview went 3x longer than anticipated which showed a disrespect for applicants time. The interview was less me telling them about myself and more them explaining the position / company culture. For the responsibilities required and the location of the position, the job was incredibly under paid.

Had a phone interview and was asked to submit writing samples. I was then brought in for a group interview with the full team. I also met with the head of HR (office culture fit check, I think). I received the offer over the phone.
