GRAPHISOFT Business Development Representative (BDR) interview questions

The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first was a quick introductory call with HR, followed by two interviews with the hiring manager. The HR round focused on basic qualifications, availability, and role expectations. The hiring manager interviews were more in-depth and covered both my past experience and how I would approach the responsibilities of the role. The conversations were professional and structured, and expectations were clearly discussed. Communication throughout the process was generally smooth.
