I had two interviews separate interviews. One with the Property Manager and the second one with the District Manager about a week later. Both were very short and to the point.

I'd give the overall hiring process a 2/5 as it took 5+ weeks to receive an offer letter The corporate office is very unorganized and lacks in employee appreciation. The interview went well, it lasted about 45 minutes and seemed very personable.

Phone Screening with HR, then 1st in person interview with Property Manager, if that goes well then 2nd interview with Regional Manager. Whole process took about 2-3 weeks. The phone screening is more of giving details of what the job entails.
