I applied online. I interviewed at GUT Agency (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Feb 2026
Interview
I first interviewed with the company in February 2026 and received a generic rejection without any specific feedback.
Three months later, I was contacted again regarding what was presented as a similar role with a different scope. After investing time in another interview, I was invited to a second-round interview, only to later be told that there had been internal confusion regarding the next steps.
Mistakes happen in any organization, but what disappointed me was the way the situation was handled. Instead of a direct phone call or transparent communication, the process was stalled for almost a week before I received another generic rejection email with no meaningful feedback.
Throughout the process, I repeatedly felt like a transaction rather than a person. Given the time candidates invest in preparing for interviews, I believe a higher level of professionalism, transparency, and respect is warranted.
Another concern was the lack of clear answers when discussing work-life balance during the interview process. While this may not be an issue for everyone, I personally consider vague responses to questions about workload and expectations to be a red flag.
Finally, the compensation discussed appeared low relative to the level of responsibility expected for the role.
Overall, the experience left me with concerns about communication, candidate experience, professionalism, and transparency. Based on my experience, I would not choose to interview with the company again.
