GWF Associates interview questions

Traditional process to start. Brief phone conversation and then meet in person. Said they wanted a quick turn around. Felt the process was very drawn out and ultimately had to settle for another position because a decision was never made. Out of the box interview questions, busy company.

I received a message nearly a month ago about setting up a phone interview, I promptly responded but never received a follow up. I called once after 4 days of no response, the receptionist told me the boss went on a trip. I waited patiently until several days later, then the job posting disappeared. I called several more times to get some kind of confirmation whether or not the position had been filled, yet the receptionists never told me a thing. One receptionist even promises me a call back by the end of the day but that never happened either. I wasted my time researching this company, seeking answers, and preparing for an interview that never happened. Very unprofessional behavior in my opinion. Please communicate with your candidates rather than actively trying to avoid them in the future, our time is just as precious as yours.
