      I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GXA (Richardson, TX)

      Interview

      I had a phone interview and a follow up on-site interview that involved some technical questions but was mostly about getting to know me and seeing if I was a good fit for the team I was applying for. The phone interview was among the best I have ever had and it made me really confident about the company I was applying for. The on-site interview involved a large number of people in the company, including my entire soon-to-be team, soon-to-be manager, and soon-to-be boss.

      There were several questions about technical issues and how to resolve them, and questions about hypothetical scenarios that crop up on a regular basis when working IT help desk. Essentially, the interview was geared towards seeing how I would perform as a part of the team.
