interview process was quite long. there was a quick initial interview, then a group interview, then a final one on one interview with the manager and a quick fitness test.

Interview
The interview experience was long as well as training. But if you are personable and care and have life goals the interview process will be fairly simple. The first interview is individual and lasts 10 min. The second is a group game interview that lasts for an hour to determine how you interact with other people. Make sure you remember the names of the people you are with in the group interview. The last interview is a workout interview and they want to see if you can push yourself. As long as you don't give up you are fine.
