That was a very good interview, they are very good at attitude and manner. their interview was very easy and friendly. Hope for their success. hiring teams have a well-written document about a candidate interview, they can use it to form important opinions that they wouldn't be able to by just hearing about it.
The Founder and the Director of Operations conducted a 45 minute interview that started with personal questions followed by a simulation exercise of a real job task. The first set of questions were standard (e.g. tell us about yourself, strengths/weaknesses, and your style of management). They were both very professional and interested in the responses.
