Solved their small cypher quiz on their site without writing any code (it's optional), then got an initial call and a Codility test, with two lengthy algorithm questions and a 60min time limit.
I solved both and got about 85% in total, missing a few constraints and test cases, and I got a rejection basically saying 'we only accept perfect 100% scores to proceed'.
First of all, algorithm testing is already quite problematic for software engineers themselves, but using them for infra/devops people is plain stupid and irresponsible. Totally negative experience, Avoid coding elitism.
