Interview
I was invited by phone to be interviewed at a career fair after several attempts at applying online. After a first round I was asked to hang out for a little bit to do a 2nd round with a District Manager. Less then a Hour and a half interviewing I earned the job!
Two interviews on zoom. One with store manager of different location, one with district manager. Was told after second interview I would have the job and would call me back with additional details. Never heard from them again.

Interview
Interview process went great, I was told to hear back on their decision within 2-3 days of my final interview. I'm assuming I didn't get it because the company ghosted me.
I submitted my resume on the company website and received a call for an interview several weeks later. I didn't know what I was being interviewed for until I got to the location, which was very unusual. The interview was very generic, with the manager reading off a predetermined set of questions the entire time.
