Extremely quick. Went from email to a one-time interview with one of the associate editors where they went over expectations and style guide information, as well as a brief overview of my work to make sure I had the capability to write in the voice of the website. Got the job afterwards.

Pretty basic. Only one interview. Focus on if you know your stuff about the section of games you play. If you know your stuff, you'll likely get an offer. It is a content mill, but one that is well-kept and enjoyable. Felt it was pretty easy.
