I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GardaWorld (Calgary, AB) in Aug 2016
Interview
The interview has three parts which are x-ray object recognition test, written competency test and a short interview. I was told that if you passed these three tests, there will be a longer interview like 30 minutes in one or two weeks. Obviously, the x-ray test is the most difficult one causeonly a few of us passed. However, it's ok for me.My tips are to sit close to the screen and focus on the images. The competency test is just simple questions to test your English, math, logic thinking skills. The interview took only 5-7 minutes. There are questions like availability, speak French or not, previous customer service experience. I felt I was doing well but one week later, they rejected me.

Interview
Quite easy. Questions on customer service and about yourself. Undergo just one interview. And had to do a part down. Nothing difficult. You are being shown first then you do it
Fast, efficient. Write 2 exams once your application is accepted then an interview and after that was called and offered the job. The whole process was pretty easy, though the day of the exams and interview it was pretty long.
Interview was quite easy, there were mostly general questions asking about myself and my availability. There were some situational based questions like what would you do if you encounter an angry passenger, what would you do if someone refuses to get his/her luggage scanned.
