I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GardaWorld (Calgary, AB) in Feb 2018
Interview
1st test: X-Ray test. They show images of X-ray where you have to identify whether the bag is carrying either knife, Explosives, Gun or None of these. Instruction is given before the exam which should be followed carefully in order to pass. To pass you have to get at least 16 questions right out of the 20.
2nd test: Maths, basic English, and some picture puzzles. It would be a test of 1 hr where you have to score at lease 80% to pass.
3rd test: Interview which asks some basic questions as part of the screening process for the final interview. All of the test happens in the same day.
4. Final interview

Question 1
Do you have your own transport since you have to work at odd hours where public transports are not available?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at GardaWorld
Interview
Quite easy. Questions on customer service and about yourself. Undergo just one interview. And had to do a part down. Nothing difficult. You are being shown first then you do it
Fast, efficient. Write 2 exams once your application is accepted then an interview and after that was called and offered the job. The whole process was pretty easy, though the day of the exams and interview it was pretty long.
Interview was quite easy, there were mostly general questions asking about myself and my availability. There were some situational based questions like what would you do if you encounter an angry passenger, what would you do if someone refuses to get his/her luggage scanned.
