very relaxed, you just have to come in and be there. You will also have to fill out paperwork as well. To schedule an interview you had to have worked there in the past and make an appointment with the rec department. The people who ask the questions are very nice. Normally it's the pool director and one of the supervisors. However it is an extremely relaxed environment.
