I was interviewed in a group setting, it was strange at first because I wasn't expecting it, but understandable Chris is a very busy individual. The interview process is done in three steps the first is the generic interview to get a feel if you could be a fit, then a group interview about the company, and finally you go to the site and see what it is they do and how they do it. Yes they market Direct TV, however they have contracts with these select stores and no one is making commission for you working under them like a pyramid scheme. They get commission from the Contracted company. Also, you get a chance to make commission during training on top of the hourly. However, if you aren't a really outgoing person or can't handle being told no, sometimes in a rude manor, don't apply.
