Interview
There was first a screening then then a formal video interview. It was pretty quick and got results within a week or two. They were very friendly. More behavioral questions were asked than technical.

They listed out their company principals and asked you to resonate with them in your own words.
Was good. Felt like I’m the project manager and the project engineers were invested in me and only asked very basic questions like tell me about yourself and my strengths and weaknesses

Interview
The interview was pretty laid back and not super technical. I did have relevant experience to the job posting so the interviewer just asked about my relevant experience and what I wanted from the Internship.
