I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gas Transmission System (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2021
Interview
2 rounds, a phone call and then a video interview. Lots of personality-based questions since the position involves training, so they aren’t expecting an expert with 20 years experience, which was very refreshing
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Have you ever worked in customer service?
Do you prefer to work in office or traveling?
Describe a professor or coworker that has inspired you.
What kind of leader are you?
How would your friends and family describe your strengths and weaknesses?
Phone screen interview and a video chat interview. first interview lasted about 25 min and second interview lasted about 40 min. It was a good process if you prepare for it.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions that asked how well you work with others and mostly how well you work with others.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gas Transmission System (Walnut, CA) in Jun 2021
Interview
I had an initial phone screening with HR and was asked questions all from other peoples' interviews listed ( so I would expect them when preparing). Then a week later I had a virtual interview with 2 employees with a series of 25 questions. Some were repetitive from the HR screening, some were common questions, and some were difficult and thought-provoking. I was a little disappointed at a few random/uncommon questions they knew no one would be expecting, instead of just having a conversation. But everyone I talked to was cool and casual. They seem to really care about what kind of person they hire that would fit in with their morals. It seems like everyone loves working there for the people.

Interview
The process was efficient and the interviewers were both nice and encouraging. I liked the questions they asked and I thought that it all made sense. I would highly recommend this company.
