The interview process was great. I respect Gauss Surgical for their vetting process to ensure they have the right candidates in place in the sales field. My interview process was a phone interview with the recruiter, VP of Sales, and Director of Business Development. I had a face to face interview with the VP of Sales, Director of Business Development, VP of Engineering, Product Management Team, and CEO.
